Incubator - touchless car wash systems

The incubator

Hydropress is the business partner of AMPLO VC sp. z o. o., the beneficiary of the grants program entitled “AMPLO VC - support fund for projects at the Proof of Principle and Proof of Concept stages”. The project received funding in the amount of PLN 50,000,000 as part of Sub-measure 1.3.1. Support for R&D projects at the preseed stage provided by proof of concept funds - BRIdge Alfa of the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, executed by the National Centre for Research and Development.

Striving to ensure continuous improvement of technologies employed at car wash stations, HYDROPRESS works with the technology incubator Aerfinance Ventures sp. z o .o., which has successfully completed almost 50 investment projects with a total value of more than PLN 40 million.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for attractive projects that may be developed based on the resources, competences and experience we hold. We are interested in projects already at a very early stage of development (“seed”). Our support includes, among others, capital investments, advisory services concerning each and every operational aspect, support in product commercialization, marketing support, extensive business contacts, access to production infrastructure and sales channels.

We are actively seeking ideas within the areas of innovative technologies and industrial processes in the following segments:

automation and robotics
ICT/IT - including Internet of Things, Big Data and Machine learning
processes
innovative materials
smart technologies
RES (Renewable Energy Sources)

Goals and assumptions

The idea behind the partnership is the development of innovative and novel projects based on ambitious assumptions and a high growth potential. We enable recapitalization of projects, at the same time ensuring a diversification of the risk distributed between the originator and investor. We allow for further development of the project and effective execution of investment goals that guarantee an increase of the company’s value.

What we especially value are solutions dedicated for owners of car wash stations that fully employ the surrounding space and positively impact he competitiveness and attractivity of the facility in the region. We are also looking for solutions that increase the economic effectiveness of the car wash station by reducing its operational costs. We analyze each project individually and reliably.

Stages of operation

Submission of a project

Submission of a presentation covering a description of the project, its originator, target audience, business model, competition analysis and determining the scope of support using the contact form or directly to the address biuro@hs-system.pl.

Project analysis and selection

Preliminary assessment of projects, researching their market potential, perspectives, commercialization and profit generation.

Detailed project analysis

Extensive analysis of projects that were qualified for further processing. Review of the knowledge, experience and competences of the Originator. Drafting a profitability analysis for the investment project, a feasibility study and assessment of the amount of capital required.

Pre-incubation

Drafting a detailed business plan, determining the schedule of works, reviewing business assumptions, creating a prototype/test versions of the project and determining the detailed conditions for investor involvement.

Capital involvement (investment)

Conclusion of an investment agreement, recapitalization of the project, execution of business goals and actions meant to ensure commercial success of the project.
